Front Office Director

The successful candidate will have previous leadership experience in a small to medium size property and possess strong roster and revenue management skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Front Office Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Create welcoming places and memorable experiences for guests and team members alike
- Provide top-notch customer service and resolve guest issues efficiently
- Empower your team to exceed guest expectations
- Coach and mentor Guest Service Agents and Assistant Managers to grow their careers
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the General Manager on projects, reports, and initiatives within the hotel and across the company
Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in a similar setting
- Roster and Revenue Management expertise
- Strong understanding of hotel property management systems
- Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed
- Ability to train and mentor others
- RSA and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before starting
