Administrative Coordinator for Marketing and Office Operations

We specialise in managed funds research, consulting and investment solutions for financial advisers and their clients. Our company is constantly growing, and we're seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and formatting client presentations, proposals, tender documents, sector reports and corporate materials. They will also manage template masters, maintain an inventory of sales materials, coordinate the creation of new materials and provide administrative support.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient Microsoft 365 suite skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) or Canva. A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for marketing and design is essential.
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary package of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
