We're seeking a detail-oriented Team Assistant to join our dynamic team in the CBD office. As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our high-profile agents and contributing to key business activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating report collations, submissions, and documentation with agents
- Assisting in marketing material production
- Updating company databases, including listing information, and uploading to websites as required
- Managing online listings on our website and third-party platforms
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings when necessary
- Reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Recent experience in a similar administrative role (12 months – 2 years)
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with InDesign is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
