Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating report collations, submissions, and documentation with agents
  • Assisting in marketing material production
  • Updating company databases, including listing information, and uploading to websites as required
  • Managing online listings on our website and third-party platforms
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings when necessary
  • Reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Recent experience in a similar administrative role (12 months – 2 years)
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with InDesign is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
