About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves coordinating the operational tasks of the College's accreditation program, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries and requests for accreditation.
As Accreditation Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operational tasks, manage accreditation application processes, coordinate annual inspection scheduling, and oversee enquiries coordination. You will also be responsible for managing the Accreditation Administration Officers, including performance reviews and professional development.
You will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, maintain Standard Operating Procedures/Manuals, and assist with site compliance audits. Additionally, you will assist with drafting reports and papers, updating relevant databases with accreditation data, and attending site inspections when required.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage ED and SSP accreditation application processes
- Coordinate annual inspection scheduling
- Oversight of pre-inspection liaison with sites in collaboration with the Accreditation Leads
- Management of the Accreditation Administration Officers, including performance reviews and professional development
- Oversight of enquiries coordination to ensure timely provision of clear, courteous, and accurate information that reflects College standards and guidelines
- Oversight of Category T and TS4 applications processes, including committee's e-voting and outcomes management
- Oversight of SSP supervisor changes
- Survey coordination, including annual trainee feedback and SSP trainee feedback
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that result in improved processes or work output for the team
- Accreditation Committee administration, including weekly publishing of e-voting bulletin
- Assist with site compliance audits
- Assist with drafting reports and papers where required
- Update relevant databases with accreditation data
- A cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications for the role
- A resume demonstrating your relevant skills and experience
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
