Administrative Coordinator for Industrial Capital Markets

Colliers International is a leading real estate services company in the world, and we are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our CBD office.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to utilize your administration skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will be supporting a driven, dynamic team within our Industrial Capital Markets division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with agents to coordinate the compilation of reports, submissions, and other documentation
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials
  • Update company databases, including listing information, and upload to website as required or requested by operators to ensure client and property information accuracy
  • Manage online listings on Colliers International website and third-party websites
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings as necessary
  • Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Recent experience in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in InDesign preferred but not required
  • High attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We estimate a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on the location and industry standards.
