About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our Retail Transformation Team in Docklands VIC 3008. As the first point of contact for senior leadership and the broader team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective planning and management of administration duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including diary and calendar management, coordination of meetings, and preparation of presentations and reports.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees, access to systems and equipment, and drafting and editing emails and internal communications on behalf of senior leadership.
- Support the planning and coordination of events, including organising catering, setting up space, and ensuring AV and presentation materials are ready to present in line with standards and templates.
- Welcome and assist visitors to the office, process invoices, purchase requisitions, and general administration duties.
- Establish and maintain co-operative and collaborative relationships with other assistants, members of the Customer Markets team, and other internal functions.
What You'll Bring
- A proven track record of providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making.
- High level of initiative, pro-activity, and attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, with a consultative style and confident liaison with people from all levels of business.
- Aptitude to learn new processes and systems, with intermediate MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Salary Information
The salary range for this role is between $70,000 to $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
