**About the Role:**

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Melbourne office and Victorian operations of Rheinmetall Defence Australia. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Managing front desk operations, including welcoming visitors and employees;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and managing diaries;
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required;
  • Ensuring confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information;

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation and attractive benefits. Our office is located in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport. **What You Need:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills;
  • An intermediate level of proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a geographically dispersed team;
