About the Role:

We are seeking an Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. This role will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating all aspects of day-to-day office support needs, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of common areas, and providing exceptional employee service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and facilitate office support needs
  2. Liaise with Business Operations teams to support office initiatives
  3. Support OT with vendor coordination and on-site assistance
  4. Maintain office space and supplies
  5. Coordinate guest procedures and office calls
  6. Perform administrative duties and data entry
  7. Support senior management and onboarding/offboarding processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of office operations experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks
