Office Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. This role will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating all aspects of day-to-day office support needs, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of common areas, and providing exceptional employee service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate office support needs
- Liaise with Business Operations teams to support office initiatives
- Support OT with vendor coordination and on-site assistance
- Maintain office space and supplies
- Coordinate guest procedures and office calls
- Perform administrative duties and data entry
- Support senior management and onboarding/offboarding processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of office operations experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks
