About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Kennedys. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Business Development and Marketing team with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administration: Provide administrative support to the Business Development and Marketing team, including maintaining accurate records, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating events.
  2. Marketing: Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and events.
  3. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including lawyers, business services professionals, and secretaries, to ensure that marketing materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Project Management: Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills: The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Marketing Skills: Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and event planning.
