About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced concierge to join our team at Sofitel. As a concierge, you will be responsible for:



  • Greeting and assisting guests, including checking them in and out, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Providing information and recommendations** on local attractions, dining options, and other activities that guests may be interested in.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment**, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Working closely with other departments**, such as front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service**, consistently going above and beyond to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Liaising with guests to identify and resolve any issues or concerns**, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Assisting with special events and functions**, such as weddings and conferences, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills**, able to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality**, able to handle sensitive information and situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills**, able to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
  • The ability to work under pressure**, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license**, able to drive company vehicles when required.
  • A strong understanding of the hospitality industry**, including its principles, practices, and trends.
