About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concierge to join our team at The Darling. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of Concierges to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals and departures
  • Handle guest queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters team member motivation, morale, and teamwork
  • Promote and share knowledge about our beautiful city and local area to ensure our guests experience the seamless level of service they expect from a luxury hotel
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest service supervision/management is desirable
  • Outstanding passion for delivering excellent guest service
  • Opera Property Management System (PMS) experience or similar
  • Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous
  • Flexibility to work in a full-time capacity across a 24/7 roster (including mornings, evenings, and weekends)
