About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Concierge desk, providing leadership and guidance to the team to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for enthusiastically welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, assisting with arrivals and departures, and ensuring that guest queries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • A key aspect of this role is creating a positive work environment that fosters team member motivation, morale, and teamwork.
  • Promoting and sharing knowledge about our beautiful city and local area is also essential to provide our hotel guests with a seamless level of service they expect from a luxury hotel.

About You

  • We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in hospitality or guest service supervision/management roles, who possesses outstanding passion for delivering excellent guest service.
  • Experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar systems is desirable.
  • Bilingual/Multilingual skills are advantageous, but not necessary.
  • Flexibility to work in a full-time capacity across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, is required.
