Job Description:

  • We are seeking an exceptional Concierge Team Leader to ensure the smooth daily operation of our Concierge department. This includes leading by example, demonstrating strong leadership presence, and resolving guest concerns promptly and effectively.
  • The successful candidate will foster positive relationships with guests, anticipating their needs, and providing a level of service that reflects our commitment to luxury hospitality.
  • With a proven track record in concierge leadership, preferably within a large hotel that delivers five-star quality, you will be well-equipped to lead, inspire, and develop your dedicated concierge team.
  • Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively will enable you to arrange reservations, maintain accurate records, and stay updated on industry trends and local events.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Concierge leader in a similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options
  • Proficiency in using property management systems and other relevant software
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and grace
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
