Oversee the Day-to-Day Operation of Our Luxury Hotel

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Concierge to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group's esteemed hotel, The Darling. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience during their stay.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and lead a team of Concierges to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction.
  2. Welcome guests enthusiastically, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals and departures.
  3. Handle guest queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  4. Create a positive work environment that fosters team member motivation, builds morale, and promotes teamwork.
  5. Promote and share knowledge about our beautiful city and local area, ensuring that our guests experience the seamless level of service they expect from a luxury hotel.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
