We are seeking an exceptional Luxury Concierge Experience Expert to join our team at The Darling, where we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

As a key member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the concierge desk, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This includes supervising and adding value to the activities of all team members, providing leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for enthusiastically welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and assisting with arrivals and departures. Additionally, you will ensure that guest queries are handled in a timely and professional manner, creating a positive work environment that facilitates team member motivation, builds morale, and fosters teamwork.

A few key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and add value to the activities of all team members by providing leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, and departures
  • Ensure guest queries are handled in a timely and professional manner
  • Create a positive work environment that facilitates team member motivation, builds morale, and fosters teamwork

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, has previous experience in hospitality or guest service supervision/management, and possesses outstanding interpersonal skills. Opera Property Management System (PMS) experience or similar is highly desirable.

Bilingual/Multilingual candidates are advantageous, and flexibility to work in a full-time capacity across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, is required.

The estimated salary for this position is AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
