About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Learning and Organisational Development to lead our organisation-wide development strategies and enhance the leadership capabilities of managers and career development of all staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, monitor, and implement organisational human resource strategies, staff capability development, training, and ethics programs
  • Contribute to projects and strategies that support learning and organisational development, including internal communications, event planning, and training programs
  • Lead organisation-wide development strategies to enhance the leadership capabilities of managers and career development of all staff
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader who thrives on the challenge of driving organisational change and capability development. You will have superior communication and influencing skills to support our organisation in optimising our workforce capability and achieving strategic goals.

Essential Requirements
