Organisational Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Manager to join our team at THE ICONIC. As a key member of our People and Culture function, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our culture and driving strategic initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement key OD initiatives across the business, including engagement, talent, and leadership & learning.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and guide senior leadership in effective action planning.
- Promote a positive organisational culture through our internal listening strategy and recognition programs.
- Design and launch leadership development initiatives, including the People Leaders Forum and Leader Programs.
- Support the development of THE ICONIC's Leadership Learning Strategy.
- Design and implement the performance review process and support the business in developing a high-performance culture.
- Implement a talent management framework to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Develop succession plans to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Lead the design and delivery of THE ICONIC's Learning Strategy and Mandatory Learning Program.
- Review and re-launch THE ICONIC's Learning Management Platform (LMS).
- Collaborate with senior leadership and P&C to identify key improvement areas and manage relationships with external vendors to maximise value in supporting strategic goals.
- Influence and build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels of the business.
- Use data-driven insights to assess the impact of OD initiatives and improve outcomes.
- Prepare reports for senior management on employee engagement, compliance, and development.
