Job Description

The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Organisational Development Specialist to join our Culture & Organisational Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing culture transformation initiatives for The Star Sydney, aligned with The Star's Culture Reform Program and Measurement Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the General Manager, Culture & Organisational Development to implement culture transformation initiatives aligned with the Remediation Plan, focussed on the Star Sydney.
  • Partner with The Star Sydney General Manager, People Operations, Property P&P team and Property Leadership Team for the successful implementation of culture transformation and OD initiatives.
  • Drive culture with a focus on Purpose, Values and Principles (PVP) across The Star Sydney organisation and build leadership capability in this regard.
  • Facilitate internal workshops and training sessions to promote understanding and adoption of the desired culture.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders and teams through a proactive approach on culture change and change management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources, culture transformation, organisational development, or change management.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ideal 5+ years' experience in Human Resource functions.
