About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development Specialist to join our team at THE ICONIC. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our culture and driving strategic initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement key OD initiatives across the business, including engagement, talent and leadership & learning.
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and guide senior leadership in effective action planning.
  • Promote a positive organisational culture through our internal listening strategy and recognition programs.
  • Support the design and delivery of leadership development initiatives, including the People Leaders Forum and Leader Programs.
  • Support the development of THE ICONIC's Leadership Learning Strategy.
  • Support the design and implementation of the performance review process and support the business in developing a high performance culture.
  • Implement a talent management framework to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Develop succession plans to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Review and re-launch THE ICONIC's Learning Management Platform (LMS).
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and P&C to identify key improvement areas and manage relationships with external vendors to maximise value in supporting strategic goals.
  • Influence and build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels of the business.
  • Use data-driven insights to assess the impact of OD initiatives and improve outcomes.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on employee engagement, compliance, and development.
About You
  • You have a proven track record in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess strong strategic planning and implementation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
  • You have experience managing employee engagement programs, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition initiatives.
  • You have a solid background in leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • You are able to adapt your communication style to suit different audiences and achieve the best outcomes.
  • You have the ability to build solid stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • You can manage multiple, time-sensitive priorities with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • You have experience in successfully managing key projects and initiatives.
