The Opportunity
We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join our team, who will have a direct impact on the operation of our business. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with other parts of P&C and the business, to ensure learning and development support the delivery of Dexus's strategic objectives and the continuous improvement of initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
About the Role
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development initiatives: Enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees through strategic planning and collaboration with other departments.
- Develop and deliver training programs: Design, develop, and deliver training programs, including e-learning and simulations, to support the growth and development of employees.
- Manage stakeholder relationships: Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders and being an ambassador for learning within the organisation.
- Manage budgets and vendors: Handle budgets for training programs and manage vendor relationships to ensure effective and efficient delivery of learning initiatives.
- Apply adult learning principles: Understand how adults learn and apply these principles to create effective training programs and resources.
