Sales Growth Manager

Our client, Programmed, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to oversee and expand client accounts.
In this pivotal role, you will actively seek opportunities to enhance sales of innovative products and deliver comprehensive demonstrations. Your duties will also encompass the delivery, installation, training, and maintenance of premium wheel service equipment and vehicle lifts. You will play a key role in promoting new machinery sales across Australia and contributing to advancements in the automotive service sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects through lead generation, cold outreach, and networking.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Remain updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, with a history of achieving or surpassing targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
