About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team at Connectapac, a leading manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the market and identify new opportunities for sales growth
  • Develop strategic sales plans to increase sales profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Develop business plans for assigned accounts
  • Understand and respond to customer needs, transitioning queries to customer service as required
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
