Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Uplift Recruitment Pty. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Real Estate and Legal Software industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage full sales cycles, including in-person product demonstrations and post-sales implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on relationship-building and prospecting.
- Experience managing full sales cycles and in-person product demonstrations.
- Strong understanding of the Real Estate and Legal Software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
