About the Role

This is a dynamic sales position where you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with existing customers in the beauty, skincare, fragrance, and cosmetics sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Represent a range of specialized packaging solutions used by leading global brands
  • Lead joint strategic account planning processes to achieve mutual performance objectives and financial targets
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by discussing innovation and market trends
  • Monitor account performance through follow-ups and project reviews to identify and mitigate risks
  • Prepare regular reports on activity, call cycles, and performance, providing accurate sales forecasts
  • Collaborate with management and the sales team to achieve business and individual goals
  • Contribute to sales strategies and planning to expand market reach
  • Develop positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Share customer feedback with management and relevant teams to ensure continuous improvements in products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the packaging industry, ideally in the beauty & cosmetics market
  • Demonstrable success in a relevant sales position
  • An understanding of packaging products such as bottles, jars, tubes, and pumps
  • Excellent attention to detail & a proactive approach to client relationship management
