About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at BTA Sales. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth in our industrial chemical portfolio, leveraging your expertise and strategic thinking to identify new business opportunities and develop effective plans to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth in key sectors, leveraging our global strength and local representation.
  • Manage High-Performing Team: Foster long-term relationships with staff and key customers, driving business success and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Develop and Implement Business Plans: Ensure alignment with company objectives and budgets, maintaining strategic relationships with principals, suppliers, and key customers.
  • Seek and Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing efficient stockholding and conducting regular reviews to provide insightful reporting and forecasting.
  • Use Business Analysis Tools: Ensure compliance with company policies and values, following the responsible care program to improve safety, health, and environmental management continuously.
