About the Role:

As a Sales Growth Manager at Uplift Recruitment Pty, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Requirements:

  • Proven track-record of hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
