Sales and Account Growth Specialist

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the APAC region. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our valued customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within a defined territory.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet their goals.
- Identify New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer base and through prospecting.
- Represent SmartBear: Represent SmartBear in all sales-related matters, including understanding customer business needs, product requirements, and industry challenges.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, including account mapping, relationship development, and business case development.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Effectively manage sales pipeline data and activity reports, providing accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales engineers, marketing, channel, and product owners to share account knowledge and execute on sales strategies.
- Work with Customer Success Team: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure successful rollout, adoption, and ongoing use of SmartBear products.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Proven track record of selling high-value and transactional deals.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
- Results-Driven: Highly organized, results-driven, and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently.
- Continuous Learning: Accountable and committed to continuous learning to master the craft of sales and account management.
