About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Fitzii. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth in our existing customer database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Prospect and onboard new accounts, building strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or account management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
