APAC GSI Alliance Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish the GSI strategy and business plan, including sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies, programs, and offerings.
- Develop executive relationships with leaders of 3+ GSI partners and manage meeting frequency.
- Represent Databricks and GSI alliances as a spokesperson, subject matter expert, and presenter at trade events.
- Serve as a point of escalation to resolve field conflicts using a network of key contacts.
- Position, educate, and market our value proposition across GSI partnerships to obtain critical consensus for Databricks.
- Lead the development and communication of partnership performance analysis, including financial performance and agreed metrics.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales or business development experience with an outstanding record of success.
- 5+ years of experience serving in a senior-level partner or GSI sales-based role.
- Excellence in forecast management and strategic planning.
- Channel sales management experience and leadership capabilities in a cross-functional environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Databricks partner program and ecosystem.
