Job Overview: As the APAC GSI Alliance Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our GSI program in the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing executive relationships, and representing the company at trade events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish the GSI strategy and business plan, including sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies, programs, and offerings.
  • Develop executive relationships with leaders of 3+ GSI partners and manage meeting frequency.
  • Represent Databricks and GSI alliances as a spokesperson, subject matter expert, and presenter at trade events.
  • Serve as a point of escalation to resolve field conflicts using a network of key contacts.
  • Position, educate, and market our value proposition across GSI partnerships to obtain critical consensus for Databricks.
  • Lead the development and communication of partnership performance analysis, including financial performance and agreed metrics.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience with an outstanding record of success.
  • 5+ years of experience serving in a senior-level partner or GSI sales-based role.
  • Excellence in forecast management and strategic planning.
  • Channel sales management experience and leadership capabilities in a cross-functional environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Databricks partner program and ecosystem.
