Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who can work independently with excellent interpersonal skills, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless service delivery.
You will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with internal and external customers, delivering outstanding service at all times;
- Processing customer orders, inquiries, quotes, and returns in a timely manner;
- Scheduling work for field service technicians, ensuring efficient job completion;
- Ordering and transferring stock, maintaining accurate records;
- Monitoring jobs to ensure high-quality customer service and rapid completion;
- Advising customers on progress of service/warranty support;
- Managing repair exchange and warranty parts effectively.
