Job Description

This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who can work independently with excellent interpersonal skills, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless service delivery.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with internal and external customers, delivering outstanding service at all times;
  • Processing customer orders, inquiries, quotes, and returns in a timely manner;
  • Scheduling work for field service technicians, ensuring efficient job completion;
  • Ordering and transferring stock, maintaining accurate records;
  • Monitoring jobs to ensure high-quality customer service and rapid completion;
  • Advising customers on progress of service/warranty support;
  • Managing repair exchange and warranty parts effectively.
