Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers
  • Answer questions, demonstrate merchandise, and explain features to customers
  • Assist members in loading merchandise to cart and their vehicles
  • Maintain current knowledge of technology and trends of sales area merchandise
  • Communicate with Supervisors regarding quantity, status, price, delivery, and promotion of merchandise
  • Follow merchandising standards and practices
  • Set up, clean and maintain merchandise displays
  • Align and faces merchandise to front, collect and returns stray items, and stock to maintain high merchandise levels
  • Review lists of items for Forklift Drivers to place in the aisles for stocking
  • Participate in merchandise moves
  • Check and approve merchandise for member returns
  • Make and check accuracy of merchandise signs and marking
  • Clear debris from the sales floor and performs security lock-up
  • Follow proper Merchandising and general safety procedures and standards
  • Spot for Forklift Drivers to keep people out of fall-danger zone
  • Assist in other departments of the warehouse as necessary
Requirements
  • Education/Training: High School Certificate or higher
  • Licenses/Certifications: None
  • Experience/Skills: Sales, Costco or comparable experience, customer service, knowledge of electronics, jewellery and appliances
Working Conditions

This is a full-time role working PM shifts, rotating roster including weekends. You must be available to work flexible hours.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer competitive benefits and opportunities for career growth within our company.
