We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This vital role requires developing and executing innovative sales programs, analyzing market trends, and enhancing our market position within the industry.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in a relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as extra superannuation, work from home flexibility, training and development opportunities, performance bonuses, and an employee assistance program.
