Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Research Council. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's human resources functions, including talent acquisition, payroll administration, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Payroll Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, process payroll, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Experience: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, respond to queries and requests, and contribute to the development of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar position.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
