Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team at Everi Pty. As an HR Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the People and Culture team with various HR-related tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Systems and Administration
    • Manage and maintain HR information systems, including data entry, updates, and reporting.
    • Provide technical support and training to employees on HR systems and processes.
  • Rostering and Payroll
    • Coordinate and monitor rostering for all employees.
    • Process fortnightly payroll and maintain accurate records.
  • Employee Support and Services
    • Provide advice and support to employees on HR-related matters.
    • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to improve employee experience.
  • General Administration
    • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Support the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Essential Requirements
    • Demonstrated experience in HR administration and systems management.
    • Right to work in Australia.
  • Desirable Requirements
    • Working with Vulnerable People registration.
