About the Role

You will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and ensuring best practice HR across our group of companies. This will include:

  • Providing high-level advice to executives and managers on all HR matters, including organizational development, employment legislation, and awards.
  • Managing the EBA negotiation process, identifying IR risks, and managing IR issues and claims.
  • Managing professional development, coordinating or facilitating training, and managing the graduate development program.
  • Overseeing a small team and providing strong leadership to staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in a generalist HR Manager role within the construction or related industry. You will have demonstrated IR management experience, including the application and interpretation of awards, acts, and legislation, and experience in negotiations and industrial relations management. You will be a confident communicator, able to influence and negotiate at all levels, with strong organizational skills and experience with relevant HRIS and ERP systems.
