About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to handle recruitment and onboarding for Rockpool Homes throughout South-East Queensland. This position, based at our Carseldine Home, is perfect for a recent HR graduate eager to begin their HR career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard staff for Rockpool Homes
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
