Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to our leaders and teams to enable sound commercial outcomes aligned with our company vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, sound and pragmatic advice and support to leaders throughout the employee lifecycle to enable sound commercial outcomes aligned with company vision and strategy.
  • Support the HR Business Partners to manage effective investigations and issue resolution in keeping with legal frameworks, and principles of fairness, integrity and objectivity.
  • Contribute to the management of personal injury and illness cases in collaboration with Safety partners, in line with legislative requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain a range of HR documentation, including resources available to business leaders and team members, in line with changes to relevant employment Award and/or legislation.
  • Provide centralised support where needed to the wider HR team to manage cyclical business activities, projects, targeted talent acquisition for key roles, and improvement initiatives.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders to contribute to relevant cases, working groups and business initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in a generalist HR Coordinator / Administrative role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Management or similar is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and manage direct inquiries or questions.
  • Strong organisation and document management skills.
