About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at ShiftCare. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion across the ANZ region.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with small to mid-size companies, qualifying leads, and closing sales. You will work closely with our Marketing team to execute outbound campaigns and collaborate with our Account Executive team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat to book demos for our Account Executive team and close sales
  • Collaborate on outbound campaigns with our Marketing team to drive new business growth
  • Build relationships with prospects and customers to drive new business opportunities
  • Work closely with our dynamic team to execute our sales strategy and deliver exceptional customer experiences
