We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our outbound team in the rapidly growing health-tech industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for qualifying the ShiftCare value proposition to prospective customers identified via outbound activities.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating leads, developing new business relationships, and closing deals in the SaaS space. This role is open to candidates with full Australian work rights only.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our ambitious growth plans, and we're looking for someone who can drive sales and customer growth in the mid-market segment. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify new prospects, generate leads, and create sales opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive new business growth
  • Identifying and prospecting potential customers, initiating contact, and building relationships through email, phone, and social media channels
  • Presenting the value proposition of our solutions using a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services, and target markets
  • Collaborating with other sales team members to develop and execute sales proposals and presentations
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in outbound business development or sales in SaaS
  • Healthtech SaaS experience would be favourably regarded
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in HubSpot
What We Offer
