About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our Mid-North Coast region. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new customers, growing sales, and fostering relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, preferably within the building industry. They must be action-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively interact with customers at all levels.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Work closely with the operations team to enhance product design and customer service.
  3. Prepare quotations and sales proposals for potential clients.
  4. Maintain and expand relationships with assigned customers.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  6. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
