As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth-largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth in the NSW territory, expanding our footprint and SKU count while actively seeking new business opportunities. We're looking for a determined, resilient individual who thrives in a fun and collaborative team environment.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Growth Specialist, you'll receive support from our Field Managers and the Regional Business Manager, becoming a valued member of our NSW sales team in the Newcastle area and surrounding suburbs.

You'll have a deep understanding of our brand, products, and what our customers need from us to help grow their businesses and ours. Your focus will be on building relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive remuneration package of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an industry leading parental leave policy and a range of other benefits.

  • Strong skills in cultivating and maintaining relationships
  • The ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities
  • Valid driver's license
