About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at Goodyear, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's ANZ business growth through strategic partnerships with key distributors. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive account plan to achieve volume, share, and profitability objectives for the Goodyear portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key distributor partners to achieve financial and market share objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with distribution partners to gain a strategic competitive advantage, conducting ongoing business reviews, account analysis & presentations.
- Influence the distributor to ensure alignment with Goodyear ANZ objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and pricing functions to build and manage product brand presence and brand equity across the market.
- Partner with the supply chain function to facilitate demand forecasting and supply planning process for the distributor.
- Foster team building and collaboration by providing direction and support to internal stakeholders and partners, driving full support of Goodyear product objectives and fulfillment of distributor agreements.
- Lead negotiations for commercial trading agreements with a market-oriented approach.
About You
As an experienced B2B sales professional, you will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience. You will have strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, ideally within large consumer-based products. You will be resilient, positive, and possess the energy and drive to succeed.
