Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage office operations, ensuring seamless communication and data management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Communication: Answering phone calls, redirecting phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meetings and Travel: Coordinating meeting rooms, arranging travel itineraries, and making reservations as needed.
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate records, performing data entry tasks, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ordering office supplies, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a well-stocked office environment.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to team members, preparing documents, and performing other tasks as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
