- We work closely with leading sleep scientists and sleep & respiratory physicians to provide high-quality diagnosis and therapy for sleep apnea sufferers.
- Our consultants are carefully selected and trained to adhere to best practice industry standards.
The Role:
As an Office Support Coordinator, you will report to the Sleep Consultant and work independently to provide administrative support, facilitate patient bookings, and complete assigned clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage sleep study bookings and consultant appointments.
- Assist with maintaining the outlet's image and outlook under the store supervisor's directives.
- Process paperwork, including claims and data entry.
- Coordinate patient reports and referrals through our online database.
- Perform reception duties and handle phone inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality with records and sensitive information at all times.
Requirements:
- 1 year of full-time equivalent experience in an admin capacity within a medical/healthcare industry.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
