About the Role
  • As a Site Administrator, you will provide administrative support for site operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functions.

You will be responsible for managing SAP tasks, including purchasing and maintenance notifications, coordinating accommodation and flight bookings via SAMS, processing onboarding and administrative requests through ServiceNow, and maintaining accurate records and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative assistance for site operations, focusing on efficiency and productivity.
  • Managing SAP systems for purchasing, maintenance, and other site-related activities.
  • Coordinating logistics, including accommodations and flights, using SAMS.
  • Processing new hire and administrative requests through ServiceNow.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and adhering to company protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP, SAMS, and ServiceNow systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
  • A valid C Class drivers license.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also offers opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
