We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced and organized individual to fill the role of FMS Operations Coordinator - Administrative Support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Description:
The primary responsibilities of this position include answering phone calls, redirecting calls, taking messages, and managing diary entries for meetings. Additionally, the coordinator will oversee travel arrangements, order office supplies and consumables, and manage meeting rooms for office operations. Data entry and filing tasks are also integral components of this role.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000-$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask efficiently. Prior experience in a similar administrative position is essential.
