We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at FMS. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Answering and redirecting phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Taking messages and notes during meetings.
- Managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
- Making travel arrangements and booking meeting rooms.
- Ordering office supplies and consumables as required.
- Data entry and filing documents accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
