**Frontier Migration Solutions Seeks Dedicated Medical Office Coordinator**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Frontier Migration Solutions. This role is perfect for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in a medical or administrative setting who possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate patient check-in/check-out processes, ensuring accurate verification of details and smooth appointment scheduling.
  • Provide exceptional phone and email support, answering calls, responding to inquiries, and scheduling/rescheduling appointments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, processing necessary forms and documents.
  • Support insurance verification and billing inquiries, ensuring seamless communication with patients and medical staff.
  • Coordinate office flow, effectively communicating patient needs to medical staff and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, addressing patient inquiries, directing them appropriately, and providing support during visits.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a medical or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Attitude: Friendly, organized, and customer-service oriented.

**Salary Estimate:** We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to ensure you feel valued and supported in your role.
