**Job Description:**
As a Medical Office Coordinator at Frontier Migration Solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients, verifying their details, and assisting with paperwork and appointment scheduling.
- Responding to phone calls, providing information, and scheduling or rescheduling appointments.
- Maintaining accurate patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system and processing necessary forms.
- Verifying insurance information and assisting with billing inquiries.
- Coordinating patient needs with medical staff and optimizing office workflows.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries, directing them appropriately, and offering support during visits.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Medical Office Coordinator, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical or administrative role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A friendly, organized, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
