Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Office Coordinator and Legal Administrator to join our Darwin office.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of running the office, providing administrative support to our lawyers, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Darwin Office Services function, including budgeting, invoicing, and vendor management
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the office, including IT equipment and facilities
- Liaise with suppliers and order office supplies as required
- Assist with conflict searches, file opening, and electronic filing
- Prepare monthly billing and general file maintenance
- Diary management, listing key dates, and performing ad hoc tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF documents, with experience using document management systems
- Previous experience with billing, preferably using Aderant or similar software
